The grilled fish was nice but lacking salt, so as the chips, salad was nice. Other places serve generous amount. The staff I found not very welcoming, I didn’t like the atmosphere/vibe there. Although I rate the meal 4 stars. (16.08.24).
Normally order seafood from Sea salt Fish & chips in Greystanes, but our last two dine-in experiences have been disappointing
Despite clearly ordering to dine in, our meals were packed in takeaway boxes and left on the counter. On our most recent visit, it was even worse—our food was placed in an Uber Eats bag with no cutlery, while other dine-in customers were served on plates with metal cutlery. We also paid extra for gravy on our chips, yet barely received any.
Tricia, who served us, showed no care or effort. All customers should be treated the same, not differently. Staff need to work on their service- won’t be returning to this place
Best Fish and Chip shop in Greystanes. Fresh seafood, very good burgers, and excellent potato scallops. Yum!

It used to be great food there but after a recent order of potato scallops, hard as biscuits, I probably won’t go there anymore. I’ve been going there for years so how they consider this food to be acceptable for consumption at $1.60 per scallop is beyond me. Disappointing.
Good food, friendly staff. Scallops were thin with not much potato fillings. The chips were great, good fish cocktails, gravy nice, nice seafood salad, calamari rings were perfectly cooked.
Had flathead chips and garden salad poor quality fish was grilled like a pretzel chips were lowest grade you can buy also the garden salad had cabage and chunks of carrot.Nothing is fresh everything is frozen and then defrosted. What is interesting their prices are like Manly seafood shops in Greystanes?!? Do yourself a favour and avoid this place . These guys should visit Zags seafood in Merrylands and see what is a great business.
I’ve been coming here for just over a year now and honestly, everything about this place is amazing from the food to the people. I was never a fan of grilled fish and never thought I’d be ordering snapper, but wow… I’ve never looked back. Whether it’s battered, grilled, or even their burgers, everything tastes incredibly fresh and full of flavour.
What really sets this place apart though is the staff. Being recognised and welcomed every time makes it feel like a second home. They’re genuinely friendly, always happy to help, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. You can tell they actually care about their customers, and that makes such a difference. From my very first visit to now, the experience just keeps getting better and better. Highly highly recommend.

Placed a takeaway order, arrived home and the order was incorrect. Called the store and returned to pick up the remaining order where the young female staff member proceeded to argue with me, presenting attitude and walking off instead of simply apologising for the inconvenience and oversight on her end.
