Probably the best F n C shop around.
The owners are always friendly and welcoming
Food is spot on all round, the chips are perfect, you won’t be disappointed by the batter on fish, the crumb on calamari, prawn cutlets etc
Price wise very very competitive fed five adults two kids for $74 is outstanding really.
We usually absolutely love seafood spot, everything is usually fresh and delicious but we ordered through uber eats this time and it was horrible. Asked for chicken salt and was none, only way too much normal salt. Items were missing and the potato scallops were overcooked, the chips were totally different than the last time we ordered.
We have never ordered via uber eats before from here and I wonder if the quality has something to do with that.

THE best fish and chips. Every time I sit down to eat their food it feels like I’ve been thrown back to when I was a child and fish and chips were fresh and crunchy and quality. Their prices are amazing and their chicken burger is even better. Salted perfectly, always fresh and delicious.
Haven’t had good fish and chips in ages! They also have corn jacks 🙂 which seem rare these days

have been ordering for years but i think demand has caught up with this business. amazing food & great prices. shame about the waiting time. 40 mins despite being second patron to order on spot location from opening time. only two people cooking (and serving) despite your insane uber orders is not good for business. always stupid line out the door due to waiting times during peak periods
time to review business strategy
First and last visit. The food was awful. The crumbs on the calamari were hard like cement and the calamari was very thin. A part of my seafood stick had exploded. My potato scallop had the thinnest layer of potato and the batter was overcooked. Very disappointing.
I am sorry but after doing a Google search for the best fish and chips near me, I went here based on the many good reviews.
Perhaps it was an ‘off’ day. We all have them but I disliked everything.
I ordered a mixed Seafood (fish, calamari and fish ball with chips).
The fish was very thin and actually broken into many pieces.
I would say that it all came from the freezer. Nothing deep-fried was fresh here.
It was all so overcooked – except for the chips. They had a good colour but were soggy and didn’t have the chicken salt I asked for… 😞
I should not have expected much from a local fish and chippery but I did rely on the reviews so… Very disappointed.
