We use to love eating here but recently have had some bad experiences. The last time we ordered we received RAW chicken and items missing. After waiting an hour and a half for the order my breastfeeding wife started eating her chicken buger. After having some of the chicken we noticed it was raw chicken and then she had to force herself to throw it up.
We ordered through DoorDash and called the store once we noticed the raw chicken and missing items. The store was so unprofessional. They confirmed that the items we were missing were sitting there and they said they didn’t want to make excuses but they have new staff.
They said the manager was busy and to just get a refund through DoorDash. After fighting with DoorDash support for over 30 minutes we ended up getting a refund. Raw chicken is extremely dangerous and they did not offer to make a replacement or anything, didn’t even ask if we wanted to pick up the items we were missing, just told us to contact DoorDash. After 2 hours we sat there still hungry wondering to ourselves why we bothered getting takeaway…
In Summary: Wait time to long. Missing items. Raw chicken. Poor customer service.
First Time using this Takeaway store for FnC,
Utilised via the uber eats app.
I bought the fisherman’s basket and it’s a comfortable single serve portion.
I also got a potato scallop for an extra $1.95, it was pretty small compared to what you’d get anywhere else which was the only issue for me, that or skimpy because it was an online order 🤔.
Apart from that everything was cooked spot on and really nice run of the mill feed that filled the void.
Food came promptly and smelling bomb!! The chips were PERFECT and had the perfect amount of chicken salt, and chicken salt be life in our family 🤣
Also to clarify to the funny message left inside our chip box ‘was it meant to be marry?’ No, no it isn’t hahaha uber misspelt my name, it’s ’Maree’

We used the online ordering system and ordered three burgers and onion rings.
Online ordering was easy to use. Burgers and rings were still hot by the time we got them home, tasty and nice amount sauce/meat/ ingredients. It was a little pricey, but because we all enjoyed what we ordered, we will be back.
Great old school burgers rather than the same old franchise burgers that are everywhere now. I had a burger with the works and my boy had beef bacon bruger. Big burgers with great taste. We also had loaded fries which were awesome.
I see a few bad reviews on the fish meals; we didn’t order fish as good fish is hard to find anywhere and it can be hit and miss.
Was served by the most powerful and greasy gal, SARAH. She had a way with words where u just know she takes her job seriously. It’s very rare to find someone in the fast food industry with such a gorgeous voice, delicate frame and German demeanour. I admire it! Also the original burger is nice and juicey. No complaints here! 💓 💓 🇩🇪 #stayblessed

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Even though the website clearly says chips are gluten free, we checked with staff, and they noted the chips are definitely not gluten free. My wife is coeliac, so she definitely can’t have gluten. (please update website)
I have never had a bad burger from Fryhard. Very reasonably priced and great value for money. I love coming to this place. We go there every 1 to 2 weeks.
