The worst fish and chips I ever had.
Saggy and disgusting fishes with super dried out lemons, cold chips and something that only looks like calamari!
By the way their $7 Greek salad is basically garden salad with three pieces of cheese and a few dried out olives!
Feeling guilty that I have to put all in the bin, and feeling angry for being ripped off!
Was served by the new owner today and he chucked in a free potato scallop and prawn cutlet. Top bloke! The red emperor, prawn cutlet and burger we ordered all tasted great. Beer battered chips came covered in some top tier chicken salt too.
We bought the steak works burgers meals it was so good we went back the next night. Awesome fresh salad, well cooked chips clean oil. Steve was very hospitable and a real 1 man show. Thank you
Visited earlier tonight 28th September to see new management, although it was a year or so since I’d been.
The service was friendly and attentive, the meal awesome.
$14 for fish alone or $19 with chips, lemon 🍋 and a can of drink., very fair given the economy.

Just spent $136 on the dinner for the family and all agreed this was the worst fish and chips in brisbane. I’m sure they are serving leftovers from the other fish and chip shops from the night before. This should not be allowed to happen. “Enter at your own risk” signs should be mandatory for these joints.

Just one suggestion for the potato cakes… cut the potato a wee bit thicker, and use sparkling mineral water in your batter mix. Not flat water.

Came to buy fish and chips for dinner and was super disappointed. Not only by the mini sized meal being a disappointment but the taste was even worst. The cheapest boxed frozen fish from the shops would have been more enjoyable. Would highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs.
Being unable to give the food any stars, my 1 star is for the seasoning.
