Very handy fish & chips shop just off the main drag. Well cooked fish and a BIG serve of delicious chips. Also serves hamburgers and desserts. Not ideal to eat in, but there is some room. Friendly service
Walked in and we served straight away. Guy was nice when we went to pay a dollar short but he let us have it anyway only him working but he had everything under control made our chips quickly and were served hot Great seasoning well cooked and good value on chips
Food was fine. Nothing special but exactly what you’d expect.
Weird menu structure, really hard to order just straight fish and chips for the family. Quality not great, just one step up from frozen supermarket fish.
Nice juicy fish, tasty salt and pepper calamari, perfectly cooked and well-seasoned chips, and everything arrived piping hot. Best fish and chips I’ve had in a while.
Just disappointing and misleading.
I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering here.
The “battered cod” is 100% 👌pre-frozen, pre-battered, supermarket fish. The type you just pop into the oven. With thick sticky pale batter and a thin slice of inocuous fish fillet. Chips were average.
Its like going to Dominos and getting served a low quality cooked frozen pizza. Not a true fish n chip shop. Save your hard earned money for elsewhere.
Can’t comment on grilled fish. The service was quick though and friendly. And they did apologise when I called them up on it.
THE nastiest combination of bad stock and old oil ive ever put in my mouth. not only was the food horrific, the kitchen through the paintings on the wall was a complete mess. although the lady at the counter was lovely dont go wasting your money on this slop of an excuse for food
absolutely lovely place. service was nice and the food was even better. i am only here for a couple days and i want to come back all the way from flagstone to eat at tata gina’s again.
