Order from here a couple of times a week. We always order 3-4 servings of wedges and other things and spend up to 60-70 dollars I never complain because the food is nice, but not today. Disappointed with the portions of your wedges. Yo if I pay 25-36 dollars for wedges we should get a pretty good amount right? But nah. Stingy as hell man. We have been going to this fish and chip shop for agers and for the last couple of years the quantity and quality of your food has slipped.
Order here a few times a week, the young girls always make my food so good! They’re all really nice aswell. Thanks!

I was told over the phone my order would be $8.50 I thought that was quite reasonable, to arrive and was asked to pay $13.00 then laughed as I walked away because I expressed how important it is to communicate clearly in business.
I personally work 7 days a week and to pay $13 for meal that had been sitting for a bit I got home and it was average and slightly cold as for the chips they were soggy.
You lost me as a future customer. Do better in your customer service and communication as it’s everything these days.
We ordered tonight chips, fish and other fried food. When we got the food (we live 2 minutes drive away) our chips were completely undercooked. My partner went back and politely asked to have those same chips cooked abit longer and the older gentleman who was cooking caused a scene, was aggressive and laughing saying we let the chips “sit to long” which firstly if we let that happen our fish and other deepfried food would have also been soggy and secondly we live literally a 2 minute drive away. You could visibly see and taste that they were undercooked. We order here weekly but won’t be coming back as the customer service was actually appalling over something that was a quick fix.

Our mistake for looking at an old menu, therefore old prices but the owner was pleasant and explained.
Food was disappointing, dory was soggy and the crumb was tasteless. Calamari was overcooked and again the crumb was tasteless. Chips and potato scallops were ok. The only positive about the food was the chicken salt.

Great fish and chips served in the good old white paper. Cooked perfectly and generous serves. Table outside to eat or wait, plenty of parking.
The staff are friendly and will correct a mistake. I am a repeat customer and I should always check my order once I’ve grabbed it but everytime, they forget something and I have to wait for it to be cooked because it was never cooked.
there was a lady there that appears to sneeze on customers foods and even not cook it’s probably because of pure laziness and lack of self discipline to not make a order right or simply just spit ignore and not prepare your order aboustle disgrace i will never go there again////i recommend. not to eat here as i got food poisoning and was sick for a week 😤😤😤
