Poor kids left to run the shop in a Friday night. The owner should be ashamed.
Probably the worst “hamburger” I have ever had. What is the relish? Looks like dolmio pasta sauce with extra garlic stirred in??.Awful. Fell to pieces on picking it up.
Chips undercooked.
Service? well it’s a couple of badly trained school kids. Feel really sorry for them. They are hand writing out orders then putting them in to Square to charge. Just put them in to Square and buy a printer for the kitchen and the terminal will print out front of house copy.
Really shows how much the owner isn’t invested in the place. Friday night too!
Was a busy night for them since it was Good Friday waited for over an hour for some fish and chips… The girl cooking the fish was touching her hair and picking her ear to then touch the food bare handed. 🤮
Maybe a better structure in the kitchen to make it work better and not be so chaotic. Doesn’t look too good from the customers point of view.
Perhaps train the young kids properly and learn about general food hygiene😅
Had a good experience with the customer service, just a shame the other factors affect it.
We had very tasty crumbed Cod, Calamari and chips twice in the last couple of weeks now and the best we have ever had from Beach N Brew. We haven’t been there for a while and while they only have kids running the shop the quality of the food was 10/10. Thank you

First time visiting here and it was absolutely amazing! Partner loved the dory and chips and the hamburger with the lot was great. They accidentally added cheese when I asked for none but when I told them they happily and kindly remade it. Affordable prices and very kind workers. Will absolutely be back!
Foods good and it’s nice to have more gluten free options than other Fish n Chip shops. Unfortunately, staff are realllly unorganised and half the time they forget something out of the order. It’s so common I have to open everything up and check before I leave… Do better!
New ownership have been fabulous. They also serve gluten free food which is so SO appreciated. There’s no one like them in the area. The calamari especially is amazing 👌
I got served by the most handsome and beautiful man ever, his name was Riley Scott, he had great customer service, food was spectacular and on time. He was genuinely mind blowing and drop dead gorgeous to look at.
