absolutely horrible, a waste of $50.
the Dagwood dogs were made terribly, the chips taste like they are days old, and the fish is extremely dry and tasteless. never coming here again.
Paid $26.50 for a medium piece of mackerel (which was nice), 5 crumbed fish bites (which were dried out and mostly batter) and a $6.50 serve of chips, which was the smallest serve of chips ever!! Won’t be back, that’s for sure. Went around the corner for more chips!!
$5 chips and $12 piece of mackerel? 20/08/2025
Young Adult female hand btw.
Fish burger was great.
Works burger only had the paddy with no steak and it was tiny, like why the rip off? Mince paddy with egg and salad is not a works burger.
Hot dog had more Source then bun.
I think I could count how many chips were there ?
I called 45 mins in advance and there was legit 2 customers when i arrived.
$61.
We were really impressed! The fish and chips were delicious. Fresh, crispy, and perfectly cooked. A special thanks to Lara, who was very kind and attentive throughout the service. A wonderful experience overall, we’ll definitely be back!
The last 3 times every time has had multiple items missing but they still charge you full price. Every time we have to drive back and never have been offered anything to compensate out time or their mistake. Keep trying to give them a go as we are local but enough is enough, avoid this place plenty of other better fish and chip shops nearby.
Save your money & go elsewhere! Fish & chips were ok, but the potato scallops were the tiniest we’d seen, & likewise the calamari rings were the size of 50 cent pieces. Our family members’ order was lost/forgotten, so after a 25 minute wait they cancelled their order & left hungry. Not good enough!
Mackerel is overpriced and very small, it doesn’t taste very fresh either, the chip serving that they showed on the counter was much larger than what we actually got. We paid $113 for 6 pieces of fish and 2 double servings of chips and we are not happy with the value for money. The most expensive fish and chips and not good or correct serving size. Do not go to this fish and chip shop. It’s not worth it at all.
The staff were rude and didn’t greet us when we came in and then weren’t very accomodating when we asked why it was so small.
Unsatisfied customers.
Seen the post in the community group and thought I’d try again but no luck. Paid 15 bucks for a tiny piece of fish in between a bun from drakes. I do appreciate the effort though, keep trying!
