Ha ha ha what a JOKE Asked young blonde girl if she could show me roughly what size a small chips were. Her reply “na not really, it’s based on feedin 1 adult”
I asked for a little demo with the hands. I received a blank stare!
$6 for a small chips roughly a handful of soggy, barely cooked chips.

Chips weren’t even seagull worthy and didn’t feed the adult.
Good size piece of Snapper was over cooked the chips weren’t great as they were a soggy oily mess and tasted like old oil. I must confess I was extremely disappointed. Wont be back sorry.
The most disgusting fish and chips I have ever tasted. So oily and horrible the calamari is totally inedible and even looks off when you peel back the burnt crumb. I wouldn’t let my daughter taste it incase she got sick. We have never in our lives not eaten calamari so this was a first.
Avoid this dump, you have been warned.
I got 5 Calamari, 3 Seafood Sticks, 3 prawn cutlet, 2 cod (battered) and large chips. The cod was completely off and received refund. The calamari, seafood sticks and prawn cutlet are not seasoned and so not edible. So paid 35.50 for a large chips. So recommend DO NOT purchase from this store.
Me and my friend decided to have lunch here for the first time, the kid that was running the place on his own did a great job managing the place and cooking up the fish and chips, which were i dare say perfect, would highly recommend if you’re in the area!
I ordered a steak burger with the lot and it had two tiny pieces of steak no bigger than a 50cent coin. Hands down the worst steak burger, burger in general or takeaway food I have ever ordered! Absolutely disgraceful, don’t waste your money or your health.
I got cod and chips and when I got back in the car and was hit by a strong stench. The fish stunk so bad I had to throw it out. As I was on my way to work I didn’t have time to go back. I ate some of the chips which weren’t bad but had already been put off by the smell of the fish. It was either bad fish or bad oil. I still can’t get the smell out of my car. I like the idea of Brit fish but that was the worse I’ve ever had. Pick up your game please.
Crispy chips with chicken salt was the star of the show, generous portions. Cod was nice and flaky. The kid who worked there (around 4pm yesterday) deserves a raise. Only thing was burger fillings they didn’t have pickles or mustard.
