About
Facefood Kebab Fish and Chips in Mount Gravatt does something a little different from the typical fish and chip shop. Alongside the usual fried favourites, the menu extends into kebabs, HSP (Halal Snack Pack), and chicken dishes, making it a solid option for groups where not everyone wants battered fish. Halal food is available across the menu, and the shop is a popular spot for families.
The chips are well regarded by regulars, and the serves are notably generous. The HSP in particular draws return visits, with locals commenting on the portion sizes being substantial and filling rather than stingy. Kebabs are another highlight, with the friendly, attentive staff cited as part of what makes the experience a comfortable one, especially for late-night visits.
Dine-in, takeaway, and delivery are all available, and the shop runs through lunch, dinner, and into the late evening. Wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance are on site, with free parking nearby. Payment by card and mobile is accepted.
Decent reviews across a solid number of visitors suggest the shop holds its own in the Mount Gravatt area. Phone ahead during the dinner rush to save waiting time.

This place is amazing for lovely food with generous amount.
My brother usually visit this place so I visited this place with him. They offer the mouth-watering dishes. Although we have many kebab place in the underwood but we esp visit this place to enjoy their delectable food items.
Monty and Jatin are very polite and professional. They both are amazing in their job. Price of each meal is generous too.
Customers dietary needs are met here and we always get high protein meals. Covid protocols and hygiene are well followed.
MUST VISIT and try the food, won’t regret!!!
I got some calamri and chips here for 17.50. I think it’s a little too expensive but that’s fine, it’s located in a convenient place. Chips are ok and comes with some sauce and a slice of lemon. The calamari is not so good. It tastes like there is too much breading and too little squid.
As for the place, it has two tables and four chairs. It’s really just for takeaways.
This kebap shop may be upgraded version. It can be possible to find fish and some seafoods in this shop. I like their chips and chicken kebap. Staff are so friendly and kindful. They are trying ready for customer’s order asap. I recommend baklava also. There are plenty of free parking lot.
One of the best place I have had kebabs at the people here are super friendly umair especially treats the customers with respect and a big smile and greets everyone, amazing atmosphere and comforting food to get late night
Ordered here, $18.50 for chips, a bit of cod with a lemon and tartare sauce. Got my food and sat down, the chips were mediocre, fish was really soggy. Came with a tiny packet of tartare sauce, and only one. And they gave me no lemon, when I asked the lady for lemon she said they were out. The shop looked run down and dirty, food wasn’t good. Only thing they got right was plenty of chicken salt.
It’s too hard nowadays to find a HSP that is filled up like a mountain which is how the minimum standard should be.
These guys made sure to exceed that expectation.
If you want a non-stingy HSP that ACTUALLY makes you full, make sure you check these guys out!
Lovely and welcoming staff too!
best HSP we’ve had in a few years. super generous with the meat and sauces.
appreciated the old school manners too of the 2 gentlemen
Today I went to this place to buy a falafel kebab, but the quality was very poor. The kebab seemed spoiled, it was not rolled properly, and there was a bad smell coming from it. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
