The food is great and well cooked. My chips had the right amount of salt. Prices are also ok. Service is also quick and the couple running the place is nice. I would definitely go back here again.
Just be aware if you are planning to eat here that this place is mostly for takeaway as the store only has two tables.

What a turnaround for this place. The new owners are amazing and the food has improved a lot. Highly recommend this place now.

Gave this place a 2nd and 3rd chance and the service and food were good. The restaurant also looks better after the owners painted. Portions and prices are excellent. Battered fish could be better if the batter was lighter and not doughy.

Convenient but not fresh seafood. Prices are ok. Service is fast. The restaurant gets busy at Friday and Sunday night. A few tables to sit inside and outside.
Pipis Seafood has a great range of all things fish🐟 & chippery! 🍟Owners are very friendly people🙂 who serve up very nice food, best Pork Banh Mi I have ever had. Calamari and chicken spring rolls were just awesome as was the viet iced coffee.
Only a small shop with limit seating but one you should definitely visit.
Pipis has fantastic food. Fish is fresh and the calamari and prawns were lovely and tender. Portion sizes are very generous. Owner Edward is delightful and friendly. We will definitely be back again and again. Will be trying the banh mi on our next visit!
As a local for a long time this place used to be great on value for money. Sadly, it is not anymore. A piece of crumbed fish, minimum chips, 3 dim sims and a burger with the lot is $45.00 ??? Was gobsmacked by that. It would have been cheaper to have two good counter meals at the local pub. Service is okay – but the prices are just extortionate.
New owners have ruined this place. Called to order calamari and chips, get told they can’t do that, there is no calamari and chips combo. Huh?? Ok can I order a side of calamari and a side of chips then? Yes, 3 pieces of calamari per serve apparently. I’m not sure who’s eating only 3 pieces of calamari so I order 2 serves and head over to pick it up. Got charged $18 for the smallest pieces of calamari I’ve ever had, no sauce, no chicken salt, what an absolute joke.
And to top it off when I get in literally the first thing on their menu is calamari and chips, which I was told they couldn’t do. Not only that an additional serve of calamari is $6, so I was overcharged as well.
Overall couldn’t have been a worse experience and I will never ever be back despite working 1 minute away, avoid at all costs it is not what it used to be.
Went to Pipis today for the first time and ordered the calamari rings, which were large and delicious and they threw in some chips as well. Good lunch
Nice people
Nice food
If your kids want fish and chips but you want authentic Vietnamese food, Pipis is here for you.
Both fish & chips and Vietnamese food are better than great.
My favourite was the Vietnamese noodle salad, so yummy!
