Their chip servings are massive, got a small for $5 and i’d say it’d feed 4 people, great value for money. Refreshing after $5 usually only gets you a tiny serving these days..
Also the fish was cooked perfectly, got the crumbed Basa. Couldn’t fault anything!
My partner has been targeted by this business for no apparent reason, accused of leaving a bad reviews and refused services on 2 occasions as they assumed her name. We have also received mouldy bread from this business after watching them grab it from the back, they are very unhygienic and I have had to pull countless hairs out of 5 worth of chips… Gave them benefit of the doubt but have straight refuse to let us order

I wasn’t going to do this, however this is beyond a joke. I go to this store once a week/fortnight for hot chips. On one instance I was accused of leaving a negative review, and spoken down to by the owner. When I explained that I had not left a bad review, I was told I was lying and the owner walked away to get “proof” muttering under her breath. After this, I began ordering through my partners details and had no issues with our order or picking up. Tonight I attempted to order chips to go with our dinner, and received an email 25 minutes later saying our order was cancelled and refunded. When I called the store to find out why, I was asked “is this (first and last name)”. When I said it was (I ordered under a different variation of my name, not the name they said), I was told to wait while she got her boss. I heard in the background the boss say “Don’t serve her”, and when the girl returned to the phone, told me “There has been an issue with our online ordering system so everyone had been refunded” When I asked why it took 25 minutes for this to occur, when my order was due to be ready about 5 minutes later, I was told there was nothing she could do. No offer for me to come down and grab them and pay when I picked up. This is absolutely disgusting service, and we will not be returning. We have had countless issues with food quality and cleanliness, however decided to give them one last shot.
Noticed there was only one person working here. The burger was nice, good size as was the chips. The chips were crispy. Sadly couldn’t finish. Definitely value for money.
As a small business owner we appreciate how much reviews can help a business. Looking at previous reviews we decided to give you guys a go tonight. Well what can we say? Everything we ordered was delious. The Fish, omg couldn’t eat it all it was so big, the chips, fresh and serving size amazing. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Got the $23 burger meal, neglected to mention Dr Pepper isn’t included in the selection – made me pay for the full drink on-top of the meal as I’d already opened it, I had offered to pay the $1 difference instead. Doesn’t sound like much but to me that’s very rude and honestly there’s nicer spots very close with better food. Won’t be going back.
Such a lovely family owned fish and chip shop always serving fresh chips and other goodies, I’ve come here multiple times and have been happy with my order each time
