The fish was cooked really well and was moist. The batter had a strange taste and wasn’t crispy like batter should be. Thet battered the dim sim, which was the first place that did this and didn’t enjoy.

We usually love it here the chips are always amazing but we got a mars bar slice this time and when our child bit into it there was the end of a Dagwood stick inside it that they nearly swallowed. I’m a little disappointed and wanted to bring attention to just be more vigilant with things like this.
This was always a good fish and chip shop, but boy has it gone downhill badly i’d have to be desperate to go back there again. There burgers are not bad but the fish and chips were dry and chips “empty” terrible. I hope they see these reviews and make some changes
I see a few negative experiences here which surprises me.
I had a NCS special (?) the other day.
Consisted of wonderful clean crispy fries, delicious and perfectly cooked crumbed fish ,tempura garlic prawns and some calamari with lemon and tartare sauce. All for just $15.
It was absolutely bang on and just 2 weeks ago I paid $50 for much less in a very highly rated takeaway joint in bribie. Go figure hey!

First time visit here the staff very polite and friendly Cooked to order the fish and chip pack was excellent value and tasty the price I thought was very reasonable I could see why there was a steady flow of customers for lunch Another visit today and another great lunch great friendly service nothing to much trouble
Charging $3.32 for a container is ridiculous. Asked for the ‘gravy’ in the gravy and chips to be put into a container to avoid them arriving soggy and this is the charge I receive. Y’all are wild. Tried to call multiple times to discuss you didn’t answer so here we are.

Think the owners of this business might want to know this… I am a regular and went in again today Sunday 8/3/26 at 11am to get a burger and chips. Stood there for approx a minute and was ignored by 2 young staff. o
One girl too busy looking at her phone the other wiping frost off the cold chest another out the back. there was only myself and 1 other customer in the shop! Very poor service from this pair escpecially the girl whom was doing nothing! So I walked out!…shame as the food is good! Just think if it were my business I would like to know what goes on with your staff on weekend rates!
