Husband picked up a family pack on the way home right on lunch time, and despite how busy they were the wait was minimal and service was lovely. It was our first time trying this shop again since it had changed hands, and there was nothing not to love. The size of the fish blew us away (each portion of fish was massive!!), the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection and the crumbing super crunchy, the chips were delicious and perfectly seasoned and with two side salads and a bottle of soft drink for under $50 which was more than enough for 5 of us! Haven’t had such a delicious meal all around from a fish and chip shop for a long time and can’t believe we had the feed we did for the price. Highly recommend!
My daughter was craving fish and chips, so we decided to give Jonno’s Fish and Chips a try—and we’re so glad we did! The shop was spotless, and the young man serving us was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. We asked for a custom order off the menu, and he made it happen with ease. The extra chicken salt we requested was a game-changer—absolutely amazing!
The fish and crab sticks were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Honestly, we were so impressed that this is now the second day in a row we’ve been here for fish and chips. Safe to say, I’m now a regular! Highly recommend Jonno’s for a delicious, hassle-free experience.
Got a burger and chips for $14.50. Was a quiet Sunday morning around 11am. Chips were fantastic! Had them with chicken salt- 10/10. Couldn’t fault them at all. It was also about 15min drive home and they were still really good after this time. The burger was so/so, I’d probably go no mustard next time but still a good feed.
I’m always so happy to visit Johnno’s Fish N Chips each time to try a different meal every Tuesday. The food is always tasty and served with much love ❤️ I’m very grateful for the wonderful service and feel welcomed every time. First time customer today! Literally one of the best salt and pepper calamari I have had in my life and I’m not even kidding! Restaurant quality! Nice big serving and so tender! Hubby loved the chips and burger too! Amazing prices and staff super lovely! Don’t ever change that calamari, it’s perfect! Will be back soon to get it again!
Was in the area and read some great reviews of this place and I see why. I got the crumbed snapper and a side of chips. The fish was delicious. Tasted nice and fresh. Only down side would be the staff were bickering in the back but loudly so everyone could hear them. Not sure what over as tried not to pay attention. I had my big fluffy monster so drove around the corner to the sel outridge park to enjoy my bite to eat.

We come here regularly and are always happy with the portions and quality of the food. We did have an issue that was out of the owners control, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Definitely will be back again 😊
Great food. Excellent service, so friendly and obligising. We placed a very large order. The food was hot and very well presented. All the people at the function commented on the quality and the quantity for single serve packs. I would recommend this shop and a big thank you to all who work there👍👍👍
