Never have I ever in my life ever had such a great experience with any establishment, The staff are all amazing at delivering the absolute best experience to the customer. My buddy and I went in just to look at the menu, and I thought it was too good to be true. $10.50 for a bunch of chips, a dippy dog, and a 600ml drink of coke. the first thing I thought was it had to have a catch. So I ordered it reluctantly, expecting barely any chips, which was to be expected in this economy. The staff were lovely, and the ordering was swift and efficient. after waiting around 5 minutes, they finally delivered the chips; they were generous with the portions, and for ten dollars, they delivered. I left, and while walking to the car I took one cheeky chip just to dip my toes in the water to see if they were as good as I’d heard. they were fresh out of the fryer, truly an amazing experience and I recommend it to anybody looking for a takeaway night and wants to learn the meaning of fast food.
We have travelled from Warrnambool and decided to have fish and chips while staying in mt gambier the service was so friendly and the prices for quality of food was also great! Will differently coming back and highly recommend others to visit
Nothing beats a good old fish and chip store and you cannot find it in the city but Mount Gambier takes the cake absolutely loved It. Went there twice when I stayed for the weekend.
Best burgers and chips I’ve had out of every store I’ve been to in mount gambier. Such great and welcoming staff and really cheap but good quality chips as well as their burgers. Definitely my go to after a long week
OMG GUYS!! Never disappointed with a meal from you guys, always fresh, hot and very tasty fish & chips every time we get a feed, tonight I had a hamburger with the lot, I must say it has to be the best hamburger in town.

Ordered fish & chip and calamari pack. The worse meal I ever had 😡 Food was smelly, probably reheated in very old oil. Wasted $50 and ended up hungry. Not recommended at all
We stopped through on our travels and reading the reviews the name is a bit misleading. They have limited fish related items. We wanted 4 fish meals but with 2 with Grilled fish however they only do Butter Fish Grilled but not in a fish meal only on its own so we asked how they recommend us to purchase and seemed like a confusing question. We go there in the end food was good chips are great as mentioned. My only recommendation is to add a Grilled fish meal option to make it easier to order.
