What can I say but bloody amazing upon entry I was greeted by the friendly staff I ordered the fisherman’s basket and $10 of chips and 4 potato cakes everything was cooked to perfection and wasn’t oily when eating. The size of the fish was a decent size and tasted very fresh the serving sizes are very generous this is one place I will be back to and overall the cost was the cheapest I’ve seen in a very long time. I can’t even get a. Feed like this on the Spencer gulf .
The new owners are amazing… great food for the weekly treat ..friendly owners and staff, along with Amazing fish and chips and huge tasty burgers…
They have recently begun OPENING on MONDAYS providing the usual excellent service..
Owners keep coming up with exciting new ideas as they slowly upgrade the premises and add tasty new items to the menu.
The hot fresh jam filled cinnamon donuts are amazing ..

This place knows how to cook good seafood. Their butterfish is delicious, and their crumbed prawns are the best I’ve ever had.
There was a bit of a wait when I first arrived, but the food was absolutely worth it. I’ll be coming back next time!
Wow, fish and chips like it used to be. Large serve of nice chips well done and a nice piece of hake. Not rocket science, place was packed.

Dishonest , I’ve been lied to too many times to care now. I know you get busy , if it’s gonna take an hour and 10 minutes to cook an order of chips tell the truth , Please .
Today I was told it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes and had to wait 30 to 35 minutes.
Result= the rest of my meal in the oven overcooked by 20 minutes and 10 minutes late picking my son up from practice and me trying my best never to come back again after long being a regular customer to the previous owner.
If you aren’t a friend or regular, or ordering through uber eats, don’t bother. They will push your order back in favour of those options, even if they have orders at the same level of difficulty as yours. Go somewhere else, or buy something from coles you can throw in the air fryer or something. It’ll be faster.
I never leave reviews. But between how late we got home ( we don’t live in Murray Bridge, it’s just one of the closest places with takeaway on the way home) and how horrible of an experience it was… no. You don’t get silence. Do you think people don’t notice when someone, multiple someones, who order after them get served first? Do you think people stop existing outside of your shop? Seriously?
To those reading; take your money somewhere else. They don’t want it anyway.
Ordered large chips and gravy and it was probably about a handful of chips! Absolutely insane how they have reduced the portions. Like I know everyone is struggling right now but what an absolute rip off..
