We didn’t really like the chicken meal that we ordered, the one with carrots peas chips and gravy, but I would love to try the other things on the menu next time.
male staff who processed my order was really nice and accomodating even when they’re about to close the shop 😅
Placed a phone order of large chips, extra chicken salt. Was politely told “no worries, be ready in 5 minutes”. I arrived 15 minutes later and they started my order as I spoke at the counter, the shop was quiet with nothing else on the go at the time. Service was prompt and polite at least. 5 minutes later I walked out with very under cooked chips. I have had amazing food from here before, tonight did not deliver at all. I will add 1 star for my previous food experiences here, and 1 star for the friendly customer service. May or may not return..
First time ordering from here and damn, what an absolute gem of a shop! Brilliant steak sangas with one of the most glorious sandwich cross-sections I’ve ever witnessed. Chips were perfectly crispy and not a hint of burnt or oversaturated in oil. Lastly, the shop itself is SPOTLESS. I couldn’t believe how clean it was, the owners should be very very proud of their establishment. Truly a hidden gem of The North!

Just got a chicken sniti pack with salad instead of peas & carrot $26 not happy price was bad enough got home & it was crap egg salad no flavour just cream with egg sniti chicken wasn’t any better never again
