One of my local fish and chips store, very busy on Friday evening. Freshly deep fried fish and it also have souvlaki.
The flake was quite big end the chips size are quite generous too.
The price have gone up recently like everything else, still quite a good value.
Best souvlaki I’ve ever had. These people know the deal. My kid loves the fish n chips. Also very reasonable prices.
I don’t want to affect the business with a 1 Star review but need to get this off my chest.
I spent $77 on fish & chips to feed a family of 5.
All you have to do is get the fish cooked right and the chips. 2 major items. Lets not worry about the potato cakes & Dim sims.
It was obvious that there was an issue with my order. Other customers came and went while I say sat there looking and waiting if someone would notice this solo bozo. Yes they saw me. Talking in another tongue. Probably asking what the heck is he still doing here. I watched them frantically cook 1 extra piece of fish. I guessed that the order was not complete and they only realised late that the 5th piece of fish was missing.
I think to myself I wonder how my chips are holding up while these people frantically playing catchup? Well you guessed it. I get home we rip open the paper and we got soggy chips. No chicken salt as requested. Just wet chips. As I said earlier you have two major part of the meal to get right. The chips were a fail. A huge fail.
My feedback here isn’t to destroy and put down the business. It’s more about how not every customer walks out happy. I need you to know you should have probably remade some fresh chips knowing the missed items would make the chips go soggy and cold. Dont ask why I’m complaining about soggy chips. I’m complaining because it could have been saved but one mistake after another didn’t help us enjoy your meal.
Always nicely greeted by the lovely staff who go above and beyond to serve their customers, even when they make a mistake they try their absolute best to rectify it and make sure you’re happy and taken care of. Shit happens sometimes and thats life.
The food is great, yummy long chips unlike those short stubby ones you get everywhere else. Burgers are great and the souvlakis are my favourite! Probably the best fish and chips shop around Box Hill North.
Got the dinner for one through Uber eats. Huge piece of fish with generous serving of chips, potato cake and dim sim. All cooked really nicely, just a tiny bit oily on the fish so needed a bit more draining of oil. Chips needed maybe a little bit more cook time for crispiness but nice and fluffy inside. I’m probably being a bit fussy though lol. Definitely a contender for the top shops in the area, would definitely buy from them again.
Food was full of dirty oil, not fresh at all 🤢 Threw most of it out cause we couldn’t stomach it 🤢

Ordered just now for dinner a burger pack and potato cake. It arrives they missed request for no tomato on burger, asked for a Pepsi and I get a Pepsi Max. Clearly didnt even bother to read the order or pay attention to detail. And to add to that the burger was very average.
