Pretty decent fish and chips and speedy preparation time. However, staff charged me twice. It showed approved on the credit card device but he claimed no receipt was generated and he charged again. Only one receipt was given but 2 charges to my card.
However, there was Amazing service recovery from the staff.
It was a genuine mistake and they were very friendly in getting me a replacement meal in lieu of a refund.

A really nice fish & chips bar. Dining here offers a great view of Yarra River. Plus, the portions of chips are generous, even a kid’s pack is enough for me
Food served fresh. Fish and calamari are thickly battered, very crispy. Great view over the docks. Be wary of the seagulls and birds looking to share the food with you. 😀
Started with the most impersonal service I’ve ever received…felt like I was an inconvenience for showing up. Food was ready quickly, BUT I was the only customer. Grilled Barramundi…never have I ever had drilled fish leak oil through the box on the 5 minute walk home. This was only surpassed by the smell of the fish when it came out of packaging…clearly not a fresh or quality catch. We binned entire 3 pieces of fish after tasting it . $75 for 3x Barra, chips, 3 potato cakes , 6 calamari….would almost be reasonable if it was edible. AVOID AT ALL COST🤔

Nice fish and chips (slightly too salty) for a good price. They have outdoor seating looking over the harbour in Docklands. Menu is not huge but suffices.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude from the moment we arrived. The fish and chips were oily and soggy, definitely not worth the price.
What shocked me most was being told I had to pay an extra $50 just because I was sharing my meal with my child. On top of that, we were kicked off the table simply because we didn’t buy ice cream from them—we had one from another nearby shop.
The whole situation felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
The best part is their calamari pack and the chef’s special. My friend and I went there and tried both, and they were really delicious! We had a great experience with food, service, and atmosphere, all rated a perfect 10.
Best potato cakes I’ve had in a long time! The fried dim sims were great also. Great view and nice people. Can’t go wrong!
