Glad we received the menu in our letterbox. Didn’t know this gem of a place existed and what an excellent fish and chip shop! Fresh salmon and calamari, everything cooked to perfection. Banana fritters are to die for and definitely too good for sharing!! Photos don’t do it justice. THANK YOU for serving the community this crispy golden deliciousness.
Dropped in to check out F&C’s. Just a small meal, we had a burger recommended and also needed to try the standard items such as the chips & potato cakes..
The food was of of a high standard, well presented, cooked in clean oil. The potato cake alone was the best in memory. A perfect balance of crisp, potato & batter with salt.. Yum!
The burger we had was the Big Zoff, fresh & flavorsome. Great work!
I have been coming weekly for the past year and always had positive experience. Fresh fish, great chips and sides and amazing burgers ( their burger bun is the best I’ve tried)! I’ve tried other fish and chips in the area and fnc is definitely the best. The team was extremely nice and always greet me with warmest smile and even remember my tricky burger recipe! Well done guys 👍🏻
Pretty good! I asked what was the most fresh fish and they gave me that. Fresh and crunchy. 1 star deducted because while the chips were good, I’ve had a bit better at other places.
$17 burger was wet, bun not toasted, bacon undercooked. Tomato green. Soggy lettuce

One of the best fish and chip places around, hands down. Everything was cooked perfectly — fresh, clean, and not greasy at all, which is exactly how it should be. The quality really stands out compared to most places.
On top of that, the service was excellent. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend if you’re after great fish and chips with top-tier service. We’ll definitely be back.
Really good food chips are nice and crunchy the burgers taste so good. They were so busy when I went in to order had to wait a bit but so worth it
Very hit and miss… burnt burger buns, the grilled fish is dry and fishy and the chips taste awful… dark brown chips indicate that the oil isn’t changed frequently enough… really disappointing for the price tag
