About
Tower Hill Fish & Chips is a casual takeaway and delivery spot in Frankston that has built a steady following among locals who appreciate generous portions and solid, no-fuss cooking. The battered fish is a draw, but the burgers are arguably the item people keep coming back for. Regulars rave about the loaded burger with the lot, describing it as one of the better versions they’ve had from a fish and chip shop. The sausage in batter is another crowd favourite, reportedly coming out noticeably larger than what you’d find at comparable places around town.
The menu covers the classics: chips, burgers, wraps, chicken nuggets, fish cakes, and onion rings. It’s a straightforward lineup that suits families well, with a dedicated kids’ menu making it an easy pick for a quick weeknight dinner. Takeaway and delivery are both available, so there’s flexibility depending on what the evening calls for.
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible car park and entrance, plus free parking on site. Card and mobile payments are accepted, which keeps the queue moving. There’s no dine-in seating, so this is strictly a grab-and-go or delivery operation.
For anyone after a reliable Frankston fish and chips run, Tower Hill is a practical choice with decent reviews across a solid number of visits. Phone ahead during the dinner rush to keep the wait short.

Chips and kebab were quite tasty but wish the chips were cooked a little more as they were soggy. Also less garlic sauce as the paper stuck to the kebab and they leaked everywhere. Also appreciate they were busy but 50 mins from order is a little on the long side. Hope to try again when not busy.
The food here is amazing, not too oily, and always cooked properly. The staff is also really friendly. Just sad that they forgot to put the flake in my value pack of one🥲. Remember to check your order before leaving when they are busy 😅
I stopped in for lunch on my way as I knew it was tasty Tucker when I used it be in the area more so a couple of years ago. I bought a burger with the lot and a steak Sanger with the lot along with a couple of onion rings and a couple of seafood sticks for my employee and I. The burgers were so good and the other items too. We were both impressed with the ingredients being fresh and the quality of the food all round. This place totally slaps.
peter vivec is a man who i can’t help but have a deep reverence for. i know that behind his stone frown lies the soul of someone who really wants to make good food. the other patrons and characters who work there are very funny to watch while you wait and i’ve seen and experienced a number of interesting conversations while there.
his onion rings are made fresh – not the crumbed/breaded frozen ones you usually get – and when you get them they’re so oily, salty, and all stuck together with their own batter. they’re incredible and i’ll never forget them.
i give my love to peter
Sausage in batter was twice the size as anywhere else and the food quality was great.
Mum and Dad are Fish & Chips snobs who don’t like every Fish & Chips place, this one they love. This place must be doing something right.
I had a “The Lot” burger last night and it was friggin AMAZING! Legit best fish n chip shop burger I’ve had in AGES! Loaded with onion, tomato and everything else – was definitely worth the money and I’ll def be back to get another one! I was cheeky and popped a potato cake in it and that took it to 6-star!
Amazing burger! A shame it was cold. You’ve got to call out the number instead of just putting the food in the warmer and leaving it there 😆
Perfect flat head tails great value for money , great service given to everyone definitely the best fish n chips around
