I think this is the biggest fish I’ve ever had in a fish and chips shop. And it tastes delicious, crispy and no fishy smell. Service is efficient and friendly as well. Highly recommend it in the area!
It used to be my favourite place. I have been recommending friends to get chip here. Today we made a bulk order and we were very disappointed with the foods. Both fish flakes and potato cakes were covered with thick batter. The batter is thicker than the flake. Look at the photo I posted. Its ridiculous. Dim sim tastes more flour than meat. What’s happening. You’re not doing once off business. If your business is relying on returning customers, then this is a very bad strategy.
Have been going to this establishment for many. But sadly last few times have been very disappointing batter is thicker than the fish & potato cakes, missing food and incorrect order! Made to feel like we’ve been wrong & no apologies. That’s it you’ve lost our business not happy. We won’t be back. 😠😠
While the food is ok, the service is beyond horrible. Twice now they’ve given us our order with stuff missing – today it was 2 missing flakes and last time all 4 barramundi was not there (and I actually questioned at the pickup but was assured the fish was there too). It’s disappointing as what’s meant to be a quick dinner turned into a big hassle with barely an “I’m sorry” mumbled under the breath. Avoid.
Fried food always not cooked enough potato cakes hard and thick, chips okay Fish dripping with oil but on a positive they make the best hamburgers in the area along with Balaka Place and Tasty and great value for the money
I have been coming here on on off for years . Have found it to be abit hit an miss but my hamburger with lot was one of the best burgers I’ve had from a fish shop in a long time . Thanks . But can you cook the potatoes cakes longer if they are the thick ones

Tried some deep fried items and was disappointed. Change your oil!
