We went here as it is my Nana’s local. We will never go again. We got a small chips, the box they said was a small chips was definitely not what we got. The oil was dripping off everything was absolutely disgusting. For the price that was paid was really disappointed.
One of my favourite Fish & Chip shops in Victoria, great pricing, friendly staff, with just the right amount of batter and not too oily. Potato Cakes 👍

It was just over cooked batter. Would recommend putting more effort into what you are serving up, as this would be the worst fish and chip experience I have had.
The owner and his wife were so lovely!
I called 10min before they closed and asked if it was at all possible that i could place an order, not expecting anything, because it was last minute! 🙄 (I’m not usually that person but I lost track of time!) 😬
To my surprise the owner picked up and said as long as I got there to pick up before they closed he was happy to. 😊
Everything was delicious and hot! My chicken souvlaki was so yummy I scoffed that bad boy in a second flat!
And my partners flake was juicy and fresh.
Only thing I can falt it it was a bit over salted. But it happens.

Ordered 2 fish, small chips and some other small things. When we get home the fish was missing. Called up to ask for the fish and asked if the chips could be remade as we were told it’d be another 10 minute wait for our fish which ended up being 15-20 minutes. The response we got was that they would only give us our fish and wouldn’t remake the chips for us.
Ordered grilled fish, was over cooked, dry and crispy, inedible. Spring roll was also overcooked. At least I got 1 potato cake for tea.
Shop needs a decent clean too
Absolutely terrible , food over cooked , was missing pieces had to drive all the way back and the owner was very rude . Would never set foot in again ! Wouldn’t feed the rubbish to my dog .
We jus ordered 2 flake, 2 potatoe cake and 2 fried dim sims, was one of the freshest fish and chips we have had in a long time, giving it a 5/5 it was only 10 minutes and you could tell how fresh everything was. Will defs come again
