Beautiful batter fish and grilled one too !
Crispy chips and the burgers are amazing! I would come back for this.
Good fish and chips here. I reckon the oil must be well cared for as always well fried, clean looking and not real greasy.
Went in for lunch a few days ago during the week and was served by a young male employee with curly hair, this boy had zero customer service and was pretty standoffish. although, the food was very tasty probably because the female manager cooked it and she is very lovely.
i went in again at night a few days later, i was served by a young lady with curly blonde hair who had amazing customer service and was super helpful, while waiting for my food i noticed the same boy i was served by at lunchtime and another boy often talking and laughing with each other while the other female staff employee and manager were working hard. they also were on their phones very often while customers are in the store which is not a good look. a few times the female employee had to actually ask them to get off their phone and help or serve a customer. disgusting behaviour for employees. i spoke to the same boy who i spoke to at lunch time when receiving my food and he again had no customer service. although once again the food was very tasty
to sum, food is really good here, the female staff members are amazing, super friendly and helpful and work really hard. the male employees need to learn customer service, how to stay off cellphones and be professional, this behaviour can be a turnoff. the atmosphere is great and very clean but could do with some more posters etc on the walls to give a better look
Polite service, portion size was good, but they forgot my potato cakes. Will give another try as the chips were tasty
Normally of a high standard. But this last order was very ordinary.
I ordered a pumpkin cake and I was nice not taking a photo of it .
Was burnt to a crisp and barely a resemblance of actual Pumpkin inside .
Sav in batter was dry , chips where also quite dry and not of usual high standard:(
Hoping this is a one ☝️ off .
Good food, fair price, lovely staff
Decent feed overall. Fish was good and the chips were cooked well. Nothing bad, just not much above average either.
I was served by gentlemen called Sam, he was very polite and he quickly served my food. Thank you for your high standards!
