    Extremely disappointing experience at Marvo’s Fish and Chips The portion sizes were ridiculously small for the price—felt like I paid for a full meal and got a snack instead. To make matters worse, the lady behind the counter had a shockingly rude attitude. No smile, no courtesy, just a cold, dismissive demeanor that made the whole visit uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be back, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent service or value for money.

    Absolutely the best fish and chips around! The fish is always perfectly cooked — light, crispy batter and super fresh inside. The chips are golden and crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside — exactly how they should be. The portions are generous, and everything tastes freshly made. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick, even when they’re busy. You can tell they really care about quality. Highly recommend Mavros Fish and Chips — it’s my go-to spot every time!

    Absolutely love this place! Hands down the best fish and chips in ocean grove . The fish was super fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and flaky inside. The chips were spot on too — crunchy, hot, and not greasy at all.
    The staff were really friendly and welcoming. If you’re in ocean grove and craving good old-fashioned fish and chips, you’ve got to try Mavros fish and chips. It’s my new favourite spot!

    Didn’t let us know we had to collect salad from fridge.
    Make sure are very clear on wha you want otherwise a smart lipped teenager give let you know you are in the wrong.

    Was recommended to try here and they did not disappoint. Great serving sizes, potato cakes were crunchy but good amount of potato in them, hamburger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Found our new favourite fish and chip shop.

    I absolutely loved this fish and chips place! The lady at the counter was lovely. All the workers were working hard with a smile on their faces. My day was made thanks to them. Our online order was ready at the exact time given, which was incredible! Our food was delicious too! I have already recommended Mavros to my family and friends!! We will be back!
