Absolutely beautiful! I was abit worried coming here as there are a few reviews that talk about the quality of the food but I thought id try it anyway. I was not disappointed at all
The fish was fresh, calamari was beautiful chips where amazing, honesty i couldn’t find any faults at all. The wait time was about 15 minutes.
The staff were lovely. I will definitely be back here again.
A very delicious fish and chips, minutes walk from the beach. Kids love the childs pack which is great value. Chips are crispy and perfectly seasoned. Flake and fish bites are fresh and delicious. The burgers are also very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are very few seats for eat in, so takeaway is recommended.
Very pleasantly surprised. Grilled Blue Grenadear (upgraded at no cost from std flake) was well cooked and tasted great. But the salad stole the show, after being constantly disappointed with the pathetic offerings of cafes, this was a breath of fresh air and beautifully presented. On top of that, the price was very good. Service was prompt and friendly, so we’ll done to all 👍❤️
Solid local takeaway with consistently good quality. Fish was flaky and fresh, chips were perfectly cooked and not oily. Staff were cheerful and orders came out right on time.
A reliable spot for a classic Aussie fish and chips dinner. Fresh flavours, crunchy coating and generous serves. Prices are reasonable and the team always greet you with a smile.
Perfect takeaway after a beach day. The fish was beautifully cooked, chips were hot and crunchy, and everything tasted fresh. Easy ordering and great service made it a stress-free stop.
I got fish and chips in Kensington last week and my goodness it was so bad- dry fish, bland. Today I had George’s and was sooooooo happy- beautiful tender and moist fish, chips the way they should be and how I remember. The potato cake was to die for- crisp and fluffy on the inside. So- thanks for making up for the crap I had at Kensington Fish and Chips! George’s also has amazing vintage painted signage which I loved.
Friendly staff, authentic food. I got the traditional burger with the lot. This thing is massive, tasty and filling ! Highly recommend and great value.
