About

The shop is open for lunch and dinner and offers dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, so there is plenty of flexibility depending on what suits. Definitely one of the best fish and chips in the area. Seafood is very fresh, and cooked to perfection. Price is on the high end even in deal. Sauces are with additional cost on customer. Card surcharge applied. Plenty of tables indoor and outdoor. Suitable for large groups. Plenty of parking nearby. Perfect view if enjoy outside with the bay view.
I absolutely love this place with my whole heart! I have been coming here since I was young and have always come to this one fish and chip shop! They always have the best customer service and are always happy to help me! I always grab the fish pack for me and my partner which is a great combo but it comes with tartare sauce which I don’t like and they always happily swap it with tomato sauce for me! It has such a beautiful view and has tables outside but also undercover which is great! The food is always so fresh! The fish that I get in the fish pack always falls apart so nicely you can tell it’s as fresh as fresh can get! The dim sims are to die for and the chips are a nice golden crunchy goodness! I definitely recommend this place!
Came here last week on a cold and quiet night. Can tell you that it was one of the best fish and chips I’ve had in a while! Super hot, large portions and most importantly I asked for more chicken salt and they delivered. Had a coma afterwards but it hit all the spots.
Came again on Sunday night and they close at 5pm… really devastated esp after a 30 minute drive 🥲

I had the best fish & chips experience since moving from NZ to Australia 10 years ago.
Service:
We arrived on a Sunday at 8pm and the door sign still showed open. We asked the gentleman behind the counter if they were still open and he said they were actually closing, but told us to order whatever we liked and they’d make it for us anyway. They were happy for us to dine in, so we chose the outside tables. They turned on the decorative lights, put some music on, and the whole place instantly came to life.
Order:
• Seafood basket
• Pineapple fritters
• Beef burger
The food came out quickly, especially for such a big order.
Food:
If you want fresh seafood — huge prawns, huge scallops, generous fish pieces, juicy battered mussels — all cooked in clean oil, not drowned in grease or salt, this is the place. Everything was fresh and piping hot. The hot chips were delicious too.
I honestly cannot get over this feed.
While we were eating, three more groups arrived and were also happily served well past closing time. That says everything about the service.
I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. I kept thinking I should take a photo of the food, but I couldn’t stop eating — so I only managed a photo of the aftermath. Portions are incredibly generous.
Best fish & chips in Melbourne, hands down.
Can’t wait to be back again this summer.
Food was amazing. Fresh tasting oil. Owner was very helpful with all our needs. Prices were very reasonable. Happy customers!
A hidden gem. Spotlessly clean, large open area in the backyard, shade and tables and chairs. We took our pups out the back with us. Food excellent, fish, burgers, potato cakes. Unconditionally recommended.
Kids pack 1
I bought kids pack 1 for children, but it was too salty. We tried to remove some of the salt so our son could eat it, but he couldn’t.
Food was fresh but somewhat expensive in my opinion. There could have been condiments such as ketchup available but all had to be purchased on top (white vinegar excepted). Grilled seafood appeared to be slightly battered.
