This could possibly be the best fish and chips in Perth. Amazing kind and friendly service, good prices and epic food. The chips are a standout also the squid rings very tender and fresh.
We took the whole family to the Fish Bar for dinner, and it’s safe to say we’ve found our new favorite spot!
Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home.
The moment our order was ready, the excitement was palpable – tearing open that paper to reveal the golden goodness! We grabbed a spot on the bench outside and dove in.
After the last chip was devoured, we all agreed this is hands-down the best fish and chips we’ve had in Perth.

First time in a long time I’ve enjoyed eating fish and chips! Fish was cooked beautifully. The prawns, crab stick and squid rings also so yummy! Staff always so friendly. Would recommend 🙂

Normally I love the order from Saltwater. Tonight my order was really disappointing. The chips are usually awesome. My order seemed to be what was left over in the basket. Crisp but hollow inside. My dim sims were great. But am going to have to put the chips in the bin
On holiday from Scotland I admit the fish was fantastic chips however were not as I had expected from a chip shop maybe it’s because I like chippy chips peeled potatoes not cheap supermarket chips.
We were most impressed with the friendly and efficient service provided by a lovely young lass- well done young lady 🥰
Chips were great. However we question whether we got 2 real Red Emperor fish fillets. Whatever the very large 2 fish fillets were, they were overcooked and dry….$30 if fish we did not enjoy.🥴
Fantastic quality fish and chips with portions just right. Suuuper long wait if you didn’t prebook on a Friday!! Definitely a place to return to and make our go to for fish and chips.
