Call up and order for pickup to save any wait times!
Amazing staff (so friendly) and so much food!
Ordered two fish and chips (snapper) and one potato scallop, received 4 good sized pieces of fish, a massive scallop and so many chips! So impressed!!
Pic is taken after two fish and loads of chips have already been devoured haha.
Worst fish and chips ever.
Fish was more like jerky, batter was thicker than the fish, the one piece that was edible had a hair in it.
Place was run by kids, no hair nets, no hats, long hair not tied up, girl kept scratching her head but continued serving food, young lad using his T-shirt to open salt shaker.
Shame been customers for 20 years and they used to be the best. Hope they can turn this around.

This place has gone to the dogs. Avoid at all costs.
Fish is now appalling. I don’t know what you would call them but potato scallops they are not. Absolutely inedible.
They used to be slow but the food was good. Now, not only are they slow, but the food is near inedible.

5 stars for the food but they need to get a better system in place for service.
Friday nights are the worst. Prepare to wait.
I waited 55 minutes after a “20 minutes” estimate for one serve of fish and chips 🤬
Everyone places phone orders – starting at 4.30 for a 6pm collect – and walk ins get shoved to the back of the queue.
My order was ready earlier but I had to wait till all the other numbers got fulfilled before it was dragged out of the warmer. Not happy Jan 😡😡😡😡
Very impressive, well done 👏
Food was all cooked to perfection 👌
Friendly staff. Fast turnaround of <10min.
Excellent value for money.
We'd go back again if we weren'ttravelling around from Brisbane in the van 🙂
Dinner was ruined by the lumpy overly salty blobby gravy. I hate leaving bad reviews. Usually your food is spot on. But last nights gravy should not have been served. We tipped the pot to pour and we got a nasty lump come out. had to throw that part of the food away. Took photo but no option to upload. U dont answer phone out of service hours- neither would i… and when you re open, you would be too busy to really listen to my complaint. The only reason i had to write it here.
Was checking out local fish and chip reviews, finally found 1 with a good rating.
Did not disappoint
Fisherman basket + some goodies, seemed fair and to be honest delicious
Delicious fish and chips and great value for what you get
I was hoping for better. The best thing was the chips and sturdy box. Paid extra for crumbed and it was too thick and the snapper very fishy. The fish choices were limited and boring given it is so close to the ocean. They should do better
