I’ve visited Cicerello’s in Fremantle twice now for lunch, and both times have been fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxed and right by the water, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a casual meal with great views.

The standout for me has definitely been the Spicy Crumbed Fish & Chips. The fish is cooked perfectly! Crispy on the outside, tender inside and with just the right amount of spice to give it a kick without overwhelming the flavour. Paired with their classic chips, it’s a dish I’d happily come back for again and again.

Service has been quick, and even when it’s busy, everything feels smooth and well-run. If you’re in Fremantle and craving quality seafood in a great location, Cicerello’s is recommended.

The setting of the restaurant is beautiful with aquarium everywhere including the toilets.
You place your orders over with the cashier and will be given a buzzer. Once the buzzer, buzz, go to the food counter to collect.
The food is fresh and delicious. Especially seating next to the aquarium.

Went there for my first time to try common Australian Seafood cuisine. Food is great, a little pricey but worth the taste. But if you wanted to dine in with great view and great air, this is the place to go. They have kids meal, and drinks and shakes with this is a big yes.
If on busy times, food is taking a couple of minutes to be served but on not busy days, just the right amount of time.

    3.5 stars
Venue: Tourist district. Fee payable carparks. A wooden shack with harbour view. Two separate sections for food and beverages. Every table has salt & vinegar indoors. Its cooler under the ceiling fan if dine indoors. Clean. Restrooms are inside. — 7/10
Service: self-service basis. Not busy after rush hours. Read the menu on overhead monitors. Order and pay at the cashier. Beverage is another kiosk station. Needed to wait for food and drink. Pick up the food and get the cutlery at the pick-up counter. — 6.3/10
F&B: Normal presentation. Normal portion. Good portion of cold beverages in paper containers. Prices are reasonably high in this tourist area.
    – Mackerel Meal, $30.5: There were 4 deep-fried mackerel served with chips, tartar sauce, and a small portion of coleslaw. It’s sitting at the pick-up counter for long time because waiting for the Chowder seafood. Chips were not so crispy. Coleslaw was watery. Fish was ok — 6.9/10
    – Chowder Seafood, Large $30:There were 4 mussels with beard shell on, 4 prawns (not devain), white fish meat, flake crabmeat stick, potato, onion & carrot, herbs, and 1 long bread roll (cut into 2 half). Slightly salty. — 7/10
    – Watermelon Crush, $7.7: freshly made.
    – Wildberry Smoothie, $9.6

Very nice place for seafood. The seafood tastes fresh, good amount of choices to choose and some value for money deals.

The service is reasonable and the restaurant decor is interesting with fish tank scattered around. You can choose to sit inside or outside looking out into the harbour.

The only thing that I think would be better is that if they can offer not just fried and grill but something like steamed option as well to savour the taste of these fresh seafood.

Definitely should give this place a try if you are in Fremantle.

Love this place so much. There prawn pasta was divine, one of the best seafood pasta I’ve had. On the other hand, there fish and chips was average. It would have been better if they use chicken salt in my opinion. But what I love.must is the ambience amd how the place is decorated. My son enjoyed looking at their aquarium.

well, first of all, the food was excellent! CHEAP BUT TASTY🤤❤️ good views as well, but unfortunately the service wasn’t that good ig? when we ordered food & beverages they weren’t smiling (maybe they’re tired) and when we asked for a takeaway box, they kind of threw it to us? (or maybe they’re too busy to do the prep). we went there on thursday lunch time😉

This place used to have the best fish and chips. Today we went there with a visitor from overseas and thought we would take her there for a nice lunch. We ordered three grilled fish and chips early, while there were not many people there. It took over 40 minutes, all three grilled fish was overcooked to the point of being a solid block on the bottom that you couldn’t cut with a knife, and swimming in oil. Also very dry and grey looking, not nice and white like snapper usually looks. Looked like it had just been thrown in the fryer without batter. Will not be back!
