My family has been going to this fish and chip shop for years and we can definitely say it is the best tasting food for an amazing price. The people working are always lovely and welcome you with a smile. We cannot suggest this shop enough. 5 stars isn’t enough.
Not real happy after reading reviews thought why not. Big mistake
.Good size piece of fish but very dry. Paid 6$ for mussels and the order contained 12. Great you would think but when they were the size of 1/2 a AAA battery then sorry tipped off. All batter no mussel. Think twice about giving them another go.
Really nice fish and chips! Reasonably priced compared to others locally, staff are friendly and the serving size is good. Great chips too and are crispy, never oily.
Ordered the twin pack plus squid rings. Generous serving size, delicious fish and batter, tastiest squid rings I’ve had in a while. Pretty fast service considering it was Good Friday!
We ordered from here because of all the good reviews, but the fish, pineapple fritters and dim sims were so oily. Each bite our lips were covered in oil. Will never order from here again.
Consistent great service, consistent great pricing, consistent great quality. Three things I always look for in fast food or restaurants. Why go for anything other than great? West Gosnells Fish and Chips is my regular and you should make it yours.

Ordered via uber eats – was a little hesitation in case the driver got lost or late the food would be soggy and cold.
Nope was spot on! Chips and scollops crispy, the battered dog was yummy.
Only really picky thing I could say was needed a bit more salt and vinegar on the chips but that’s a personal preference.
The cost of the fisherman’s basket is a little high, I remember when it was 13.00, the cost increase put me off purchasing a fisherman’s basket tonight.
