Haven’t bothered with fish and chips for a long while, couldn’t find decent anywhere.
Tried this place last week and absolutely loved it. Went back again tonight and same. Not greasy, prawns were really delicious as we’re the pineapple and banana fritters. Everything perfect. I’m a big fan now.
Very happy with our meal this public holiday.
The fish was tasty. Great batter.
The chips were also good although I prefer a bit crunchier.
That said they went down a treat with the delicious curry sauce!
Still my go to but the standard “10 mins” response is a joke. I complained once after sitting waiting for half an hour past said 10 mins, the owner was neither apologetic nor polite. They know how to cook fish and chips though, so take the good with the bad.
Best fish and chips I have had in a while. Definitely go back again
I visited recently and found the experience quite disappointing. The employees were very awkward, seemed disinterested and didn’t appear to know the menu well at all. The food was underwhelming, $4 for just a scoop of chips felt steep and the fish was overpriced at $12 especially considering the quality. The fish was okay but definitely nothing amazing.
If you’re after great fish and chips, I’d recommend trying somewhere else.
My favorite local fish n’ chip shop for over 10 years, service fantastic and great taste no greasy oily after-taste like some places. Friendly staff.
Too expensive For the size of fish and the amount of chips! Even nearly 6 dollars for a small tub of curry sauce is ridiculous sorry I won’t be stopping by there again
You certainly won’t leave hungry after a portion of fish and chip from here, I bought fish and chips for two and it fed four, Two Fish and a pile of chips A lot cheaper then our local fish and chip shop. Tasty 😋 yes
Thank you
