Have had many meals here and they are all outstanding. Service is excellent and the food is even better. Nice and hot well.cooked fish or burgers and perfect hot crispy chips. Can’t ask for any more. Highly recommended

My go-to fish and chips shop always delivers with their food. I personally love the Spanish Mackerel, chips and feta bites. The feta bites, in particular, are chefs kiss! I also love how they label the sauces with expiry dates.
We always prefer your fish and chips than others cos of the consistency u guys have,unfortunately was a disappointment tonight and I’m not leaving a review for any other reason,just cos we were waiting for it all day and it was not good,the calamari and the prawns were always our favourite but tonight was like eating oily rubber and the fish was not enjoyable cos we removed the skin cos under u can still taste uncooked flour anyways the chips was great,hopefully better next time 😔

Good luck finding better fish and chips than what comes out of this place. The Gummy Shark is extraordinary, awesome chips too.
I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s sad to say things have really gone downhill. The customer service is honestly the worst it’s ever been – no greeting, no smile just rude and uninterested staff. It’s awkward being asked for a tip before you even pay when the service is that unfriendly.
The food has also become pretty average lately which doesn’t help. I really hope management takes this seriously because this place used to feel welcoming and now it feels like the customer service isn’t a priority anymore.

An $8 price increase in their menu in one hit? That’s not “adjusting to supplier costs” that’s blatant greed. Fish prices have not skyrocketed enough to justify this kind of jump.
You’ve put your prices up every single year and at this point it is just daylight robbery. Loyalty clearly means nothing here and you are taking advantage of your customers.
Let’s be honest the customer service has always been poor here, the staff are so rude.
