Ubereats’d a fisherman’s basket with grilled snapper. The fish was genuinely bad, the muscles, crab and squid were average and the chips were soggy.
Didn’t finish the portion, overall wouldn’t recommend.
I’m very happy to say that I ordered my dinner from Shark Shack Fish and Chips (3 Miami Double ), and it was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the chips were golden and just right.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great fish and chips in the area. Well done, team!
Man I am so bummed out, I used to really enjoy the food at shark shack and over the last 6 months it has just gone down hill. And then tonight I got this burned hotdog, which i put some tomato sauce on to try save it but I had one bite and no, in the bin it went. The onion rings I got as well were really under cooked, the prawns were soggy and the chips were half done. Why wouldn’t your staff had just made another one? I should have just had toast.
I am absolutely appalled and disgusted as I witnessed a worker defrost the fish in the same sink as the frozen chicken wings! as someone who is deathly allergic to fish this could’ve come between life and death for me this is not a joke do better!
The fish wasn’t crispy, wings before the new owners were crispy and really nice – but these ones today were slimy and had a different bbq sauce. Chips were small and oily. Will definitely be going elsewhere next time
Worst food and customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’ve worked in hospitality for 4 + years. Will never go back and will recommend to everyone never to go there. I used to love this place ordered from them for two years, but recently they have changed ownership and the place has sadly gone down hill there was no customers in sight. I used to walk in and have to wait 20 mins to pick up food because of how busy they were, now not a soul in sight. That alone says enough and the recent reviews speak for themselves.
Came back to try it again unfortunately if anything it’s worse than it was last time, ordered two pieces of grilled fish ($27.00) have to be the worst piece of fish I’ve ever had unfortunate displeasure to eat, it was so overcooked and dry it was not edible, most other people in our group (over 20 senior citizens) said the same thing, it’s no where near as good as it used to be, we were told it’s changed management again, rang the manager and he said they would give us two pieces of grilled fish free of charge tomorrow but we won’t bother with it, once was enough .
No I don’t recommend and no we WON’T be back!!
2 stars for the large serving sizes. Unfortunately the oil they cook it in must be ancient because it made everything taste terrible. Maybe I got them on a bad week…
