Very oily, not very nice at all. Fish is tasteless. And chips soaked up all oil in that fryer. Disappointing Friday night dinner!
We don’t eat F&C very often but when we do… Lincoln’s is always our first choice. The food. Is always fresh. The quality of the chips are amazing. It is obvious the oil is frequently changed so chips are super crunchy and crisp, not soggy like other places. The servings are generous and reasonably priced.
Only negative… maybe ask for less salt if you’re not keen on it.
Have been looking for a good Fish and Chips shop for some time, this place is by far the best. Chips were crunchy and the fish was cooked perfectly. Price very reasonable, the young man serving was very polite.
Honestly thee place to go for good fish and chips! Chips perfectly cooked and fish is so soft and meaty, definitely worthy of my rating 10/10!
I don’t think there’s such thing as 5 star fish & chips, but this place is as close as possible to 5 stars!
Fish was tasty, batter wasn’t soggy or oily.
Kids and me absolutely LOVED the Squid Rings. Best we’ve had.
Normally fish & chip places have soggy, oily and the fish just falls to pieces, but not Lincoln Fish & Chips.

The food was delicious and the chips were so good. A decent price for a decent amount of food as well. Would recommend! The owner seemed super lovely aswell hanging back a few minutes after close so I could get the last of my order
