We ordered online before they opened for a 4.45pm pick up. Were lucky because when we arrived at 4.45pm there were 5 other groups of people waiting who had ordered in store .. and all waiting for our big order to be done first. We got the death stares walking in and walking out straight away with our order. The ordering online was a great idea to do before the store opened.
It was good value for money. We spent $86 and it fed 7 adults and plenty left over.
Fish was yum! The chips I have to agree with some of the ither reviews.. they were small and like eating the crumbs. But were still okay.
We had crab sticks, Potato cakes and pineapples and they were all cooked well. Nothing too greasy.
Have to be the worst chips and dim sims we have had ever and I mean as in ever. Staff good very friendly place is cool but seriously I have no idea the junk we received.
Tasted like old filthy oil and the chips had no substance to them maybe REcooked from yesterday.
I have read other peoples reviews and you all either went at the right time or day or we just picked the wrong time and day.

We order fish basket, but when we bring it to the park to picnic, when we open it, we find out that we were missing four prawns ,two squid rings ,and one crab sticks.we felt really upset cause we were already at the park and couldn’t come back and get what we were missing.We called them back and they said we could come back, but wish next time owner could be notice.
Kind staff did have to wait 20min for food but what I ordered was out of stock but instead of declining my order they went out to get more buns and i was more than happy waiting. Will eat here again if im in the area
I have just eaten some of the best fish and chips I’ve had in years. Light crisp batter and cooked to golden brown.
And, this is important, very reasonably priced. Super value for money.

Sorry but I threw 80% of my lunch away and left angry. I didn’t want to take it out on the chick on the counter its not her fault. Grilled barra was leaking liquid as if it was steamed, no seasoning, it was also a farmed fillet like we used to get frozen in boxes from Vietnam. Whats listed as salt and pepper squid on the menu was heavily battered calamari rings. Chips were refried and burnt orange. Sorry to whinge but for 38 bucks that was a poor effort.
Arcade fish and chips, never fails to be the best chips in town. Real potatoes fried perfectly crisp and soft, fluffy inside. 😋 perfect portion size too.
