We are spoiled for choice on The Northern Beaches. I continually boast, we have some of the best fish and chips. With that in mind, I give this fish and chips a four.
The fish was flakey, the batter not too thick, and the portion generous. The chips though, needed a crunchier crispier feel. Nevertheless, despite being limp, they tasted like potatoes.
I’ll give this outlet anther go, as it’s convenient, and as I said, the fish was good.
4 stars for the food, but next time I’ll eat them elsewhere, as the atmosphere is cold

Great value fish & chips with a can of drink for $12.99 – quite tasty & fresh
I tried to call rather than leaving a review but there was a weird “congested calls” message… today I purchased a small hot chips for lunch as I’ve done quite a few times before without issue, but today some of the chips tasted absolutely rancid. I can’t even describe the taste – it wasn’t fish related… it was like licking someone’s feet or armpits (I imagine). I hope you see this message and figure it out.
I went to this place on Tuesday with my family to have a lunch and daughter was craving to eat some seafood meal.
Absolutely fantastic fish and chips! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside, and flaky on the inside. The chips were golden, thick, and just the right level of crunch. The seasoning and batter were spot on, making each bite a real delight. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a top-notch spot for comfort food. Highly recommend to anyone craving delicious, traditional fish and chips! Five stars all the way!
Chips soggy and not very hot, prawn cutlets Luke warm and batter soft, fish was meh, calamari was tasteless and warm, mate got a beef burger that he couldn’t finish, said it tasted bad. That’s a no from me.
Amazing food and outstanding window setup. Every food was full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with high quality ingredients. The test was mind blowing, portions were generous. Definitely a place i will come back to again. Highly recommended!

Marine Seafood Dee Why is an absolute local gem! The fish is always fresh, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned. Crispy batter, golden chips, and none of that greasy aftertaste you get from average takeaway places.
The service is friendly and efficient, even during busy times, and you can tell they genuinely care about quality and consistency. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes and freshness you get.
If you’re in Dee Why and craving proper fish and chips or quality seafood done right, this place is a must-try. Easily one of the better seafood takeaways in the area — I’ll definitely be back!
