Had the calamari and grilled salmon and it was great. Ordered 10 calamari and they even threw in an extra two. The serving size of the chips and seafood itself was very generous. The service was friendly and reasonably quick. Would recommend.
Well what a start to 2023, This amazing place looks like it should be a hit with the locals if they don’t know about it already. First the customer service I wish I got your name, above and beyond, happy and polite, but the food and I have to mention the GIANT fish cocktails, where I live, you are lucky to get whole fillet the size of these cocktails. There are also a range of sauces that taste great with the fish cocktails. Cannot praise this place enough, will be back a few more times over summer with a few extra people.
Very average quality fish and chips. Fish fillet and calamari were ok but the chips were a let down as it tasted very mass produced and you can find better ones at a fast food joint.
Best takeaway fish and chips on the northern beaches, quick and friendly service, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and tasty. Highly recommend the garlic prawns and calamari! Will be a new staple for our family!
Lovely local fish and chip shop. Pop in for lunch one day. Some of the best fish and chips ive had in a while. Service was great and lovely staff. Looks to have been an area where fresh local caught seafood was able to be purchased
Fantastic chips and scallops. There’s a reason this place has been around since 1955. Proper thick yellow chips, this is an old school chippie. Wonderful atmosphere and service too.
Fish cocktails as big as pieces of fish not nugget size like narabeen fish shop and and fresh
We’ve been going for yonks. They really take the small extra steps. For example, would close the paper bag and then create a small slit to let steam out and not let it go soggy. Sizing and generous portions.
However, double check the order. We’ve had a few times something was missing.
