NEW OWNERS 👏👏👏👏Absolutely outstanding! Without a doubt, the best fish and chips on the Coast. The new owners have taken this place to another level — the fish is always fresh, the batter perfectly light and crispy, and the chips golden and full of flavour. Everything is cooked to perfection and served with genuine friendliness and pride. You can tell they really care about quality and their customers.
Excellent service, fast and most importantly very taste and great quality food!
BEST fish and chip shop on the Sunshine Coast! Fantastic job to the new owners! Keep up great work!
We got fish, chips, potato scallops, seafood sticks, calamari and the works burger!
We will be back 😁
I have been here a few times recently and have noticed the food has improved over the last few months. It is a nice fish and chip shop, when you can get burgers there they are beautiful, one minor negative is they don’t do burgers when they are busy, annoying but understandable. The wait usually isn’t too long and the prices are reasonable. Overall a nice little spot to grab some takeaway fish and chips.
What has happened?
New owners have destroyed the place.
I travelled past many fish and chips places to come here. No more.
Batter they use is worse. Potato scallops are mass produced and worse then the original.
Fish was frozen and not fresh
The soul of the place has been destroyed.
Wont return ever again
My dad and I just had a works burger each and seriously the best burger I’ve had in years. Quickly made, quality, big, and absolutely delicious. Will be back!
Unfortunately has changed a lot but not for the better. Potato scallops used to be delicious but not anymore, batter had a funny taste as well as the fish, overall very dissapointing. Won’t return.
I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately this visit just didn’t hit the mark. The chips were pretty sad (limp and lacking flavour) and the fish wasn’t much better. Overall, the meal felt underwhelming and there wasn’t really anything that would make me want to come back.
There were little to no gluten-free options available, and it is definitely not coeliac safe.
I’m sorry to say it just wasn’t a great experience for us this time.
Been here a lot of times. And only found out today after I bought my fish and chips an 11.50 piece of flake not much bigger than a whiting fillet that was dry and old. Like it had been in the fridge for a month. Had mor crumbed coating than fish The guy cooking had a big cough straight toward the fryers where he cooks staff dress needs a up grade pThe chips had no life to them or taste . That’s it for me . It’s a shame really .. but won’t be going back .
