I’ve been ordering here for several weeks now and the service has always been amazing.
There’s one Asian lady who always serves me. She’s extremely well manner, patient, and professional. A few weeks ago, she even prepared my dinner and it was absolutely perfect! I really appreciate her effort and dedication every time I visit.
However, last Friday when I came to order dinner (which was beautiful as always), it seemed like there were a few mix-ups with orders. I noticed that the same lovely lady was trying hard to fix the issue, but the other staff who made the mistake didn’t seem to care much. I understand it was a busy night, but while waiting, I could clearly hear loud chatting and laughter from the kitchen, including gossip about that same lady and possibly others. It might be nice to have some background music to keep the atmosphere pleasant.
It made me a little disappointed because she really deserves respect for her effort.
This isn’t a complaint, just some feedback to help improve. The food, service, and environment are all wonderful. I really enjoy coming here and will definitely be back!

Had the Seafood Combo and a Potato Scallop.
The Seafood Combo is Amazing Value for Money at $18.90 !!

Bought fish and chips and calamari rings, but everything was disappointing. The calamari was over-fried, dry and hard, and the fish had a strong fishy smell with dark colour — clearly not fresh. Very disgusting!!!! We spent over $70 and it completely ruined dinner for the three of us. My partner called the store, but they only offered store credit for two pieces of fish (13.5 × 2), which felt very underwhelming. We definitely won’t be returning. This is the worst fish n chips i ever had
First time ordering today and can say I never will again. My order took over 30 mins and it was not busy. It was cold when I collected it but was so over waiting I took it anyway. The battered barramundi was just batter and next to no fish ,definitely no barramundi. The works burger states home made patty but it was frozen store bought meat . I paid $63 for uneatable food. Do not waist your time or money.
Really helpful and friendly staff members who accommodated my request without any hassle. Their shop looks impeccably clean and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for fresh seafood. We’ll be back again!
The Seafood I bought today smelt so bad it is definetly off (not so fresh squid) also the prawns were mush. Very low quality Seafood. I threw out almost everything after all of my group confirmed it was off . Avoid this place.
We’ve been coming to this place for years and have generally been happy with the quality of the food. However, last night was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at ANY restaurant / takeaway. We ordered $200 of fish and chips by phone at 6.15pm and were told it would be ready “in 30-40 minutes”. We arrived at the shop at 6.45pm and noticed a long queue of people waiting for food. One customer was offered free drinks from the fridge as a “apology” for the long wait. We were told by the counter attendant that our meal was only 5 minutes away. So we waited. And waited. And waited. We noted one customer who told the counter attendant that they could no longer wait any longer and left. At 7.15pm, and with a hungry tribe at home, I decided to check on our order. The attendant looked up our order. At which point I said “if our order had not been started, I would like a refund”. The attendant said he’d check the kitchen. He disappeared for a few minutes and came back to tell us our order had not even been started by the kitchen! He processed the refund and as of today it is yet to appear in my bank account.
Had the best lunch of a 3 week holiday here. The service was really friendly yet extremely efficient. We shared some oysters, grilled Sweetlip, grilled Dory fillets accompanied with a Greek Salad. The fish was cooked to perfection, the salad came with a tasty dressing and the tartare sauce was superb made with plenty of dill.
This was such good value using high quality ingredients.
We can’t wait to return.
