What has happened to this fish and chip shop once you used to line up out the door for the food.
The food now is absolutely terrible go else where. I’m disappointed,dissatisfied and annoyed just look at the photo.I am in have two minds whether it’s even eatable. A update on this fish and chips I ate them as I was hungry and now my stomach is repeating. The bottle of coke was also out of date and tipped down the sink. I noticed because it tasted off. Never again considered your self warned..I have reviewed over 360 places and this is easily the worst. This is my personal opinion based on experience
Pretty decent fish n chips for the area, they work well under pressure. Always been consistent.
I was order 18 and was told it was a lucky number by the lovely lady behind the counter. This I had to google…but hoping I will come into some wealth and prosperity soon! The Steak sandwich with the lot was absolutely delicious, the best I have definitely had in a long time 😄 Highly recommend
The food was steaming hot, the Owner and staff were very enthusiastic, and the food was served quickly. The food was still the same taste as before, crispy and delicious, highly recommended.
Absolutely Excellent. Ate with my grandparents, mum and brother. We all agreed the customer service was just incredible. The man at the front counter was so friendly and improving the mood of our day. Chips were perfectly cooked. Tasted excellent despite the not too much salt used. 1 small recommendation is to add a bit more salt to the chips. Pa, what are your thoughts on the chips and the fish or the flight what you had. My grandpa said it was “quite nice” and exceptional fish. My grandma said excellent and even “too big 😂”. My mum was so pleased with the chips and claimed them to be better than our local chip shop down in bayside. My self and my brother are chip people and loved it. I highly recommend. Lady on the phone was kind and the Front desk man was kinder. Excellent, keep up the great work. I will definitely be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Went to this fish shop for the first time today, I ordered a piece of flake a seafood stick and a hamburger with the lot, the fish was very small and over cooked a d was burnt on one end, batter was very thin and fell off one side, batter the same on the seafood stick, hamburger very lean with hardly any salad, if I didn’t live so far away I would have taken it all back. I will never go there again and warn others as well
Yesterday i went into Briar Hill Fish & Chips and a young man named Heath, handed me the food we had a nice little chat and he was super polite and he told me he cooked the food and to be honest the food was amazing he is such a wonderful cook these 5 stars are mainly for the young man named Heath.
