Best fish n chip shop in the Glenroy and surrounding area. Fish is deep fried in fresh made batter, unlike others in the area that use frozen (already battered) fish. Kids love it too. Current prices as of the 11th Feb 2023.
Um that was so good!!
Finally tried after 2.5 years wish we’d come sooner. Fried snapper was delicious, generous, fresh, great batter and everything else including the chips were crispy and non greasy.
I liked it way more than the fnc spots we normally go to on the peninsula. Good quality food super yum and friendly

Widford Street fish and chips is our go to place since early 90s. Over time it has chanced owners but long term owners. Current owners has managed the place for many years and continue to provide consistent, good value and great quality fish and chips. Highly recommended.

Really good spot for fresh fish, tasty burgers, and delicious souvlakis. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and best of all, they get the order right every time. Great place to grab a meal you can count on being both tasty and accurate.
