After claiming to be open in the phone, we got to the place and saw a closed sign on the door.This was terribly disappointing as we were having chips for lunch. We went next door, a place owned by the same business , and we were disappointed by the service, I hope next time I have a better experience! The staff are nice enough, but the wait for the too salty chips was a bore. What we really liked though, was a super cool robot who delivered people’s food!
Went in today 9th of November at approx 4:30pm
Ordered the double meal deal.
Waited 30 minutes even though we were the only ones there.
No “apology for the wait” or any customer service, the gentleman just said “here.”
The food was cold.
Was shown what a minimum of chips looks like and received not even a quarter of what the guy showed me.
So disappointing because the food was tasty but terrible service and false advertising.
I do not recommended this place at all. First of all it cost me $41 for hardly any food. See attached photo but the food was cold, took over half an hour to get our order and the place overall looks dodgy. They also charged me $1 for soy sauce for the dimsims but didn’t put it on there. Being at the beach I thought the food would be decent but I was very mistaken. Highly suggest going elsewhere this place is terrible.
Paid 13.50 for a lamb souvlaki that looked like a snack wrap from McDonalds. It was shocking. I’ve never had a souvlaki that was small like this. Other than that it tasted nice but still, very disappointing. First and last time eating from here. The chips were described as being enough for 2-3 people. It’s only enough for 1.
Mel’s attentiveness to my request was exceptional. The food was cooked fresh and tasted wonderful, and the service was very quick. My skepticism was proven wrong.”

$60 and a tiny portion of food, what a waste
$60! $60 worth of food and this is what we get? Two handfuls? Ridiculous. Definitely won’t ever be going back.
Over priced fish and chips. Service is very slow and you don’t get much for your money.
