I went there with questions, Q: can you cut the cobbler length wise and can you fry the 2 strip’s and the chips crispy. Short & sweet to my ears was a big fat YES answer and they didn’t disappoint, no vinegar, extra salt all done with a smile but for me it’s a winner winner Fish and Chips dinner. That’s Was last night and 2nite I finished the other half and by God that was great also. To Tin and helper it was my first time but not my last, it’s worth the 18km round trip, thanks mate‼️🦈🐟

Best fish and chips in Canning Vale! This was our local fish & chips when we first moved to Canning Vale 17 years ago; we’ve since moved to the other side of CV, and have tried out all the other fish and chip shops in the area, but keep returning to Waratah as they are by far the tastiest in our opinion. In particular, my daughter loves the squid rings – she will only eat them from Waratah as they are battered (other fish & chip shops have crumbed squid rings). We have never been disappointed by the quality or the portion sizes – they are always generous portions and a very good price.
Waratah Fish and Chips is a fantastic spot for delicious, generously portioned meals in a clean and welcoming environment. The fish is perfectly crispy, the chips are golden and flavorful, and the calamari rings are a must-try. The friendly staff make the experience even better with their warm service. Highly recommend for a top-notch fish and chips meal!
Best fish n chips in Perth hands down. Amazing value and portions. Flavourful and not as greasy as other places. Amazing service. Can’t fault this place, been going over 20+ years.

Just got an order via Uber eats and boy was it good. The fish was so fresh and tasty and had just the right amount of batter. The chips were cooked to my request perfectly. Can’t fault it. Top nosh.
