After reading many reviews, decided to take a 45 minute Sunday trip to try out some food. Lovely staff. Ordered the paua & egg burger, fish & egg burger & $2 chips.
Non greasy, tasteful, loved the portion of the paua and fish in the burgers. So fulfilling.
Thanks guys, highly recommend and will be back again for more.
Came here because of the reviews and we were not disappointed!! We ordered a Family Feast and chose the option for Dim Sims
Was expecting to see 4 fish but apparently – look at the amount of fish we were given 😂 maybe cause we’re tourists so we have no idea what’s the usual portion like but this portion was HUGE
I also added crab stick and potato scallops….. needless to say, we couldn’t finish and kept half for dinner 😂

Best Hoki chips and dim Sim.
Big serve of chips and 2 pieces hoki. We had this serve plus another packet under $30 for both.
Recommend was really tasty.

We came here for the first time tonight and the food was absolutely stunning! Perfectly cooked, extremely generous and very very tasty! The people that were working were lovely and kind, and the vibe in the shop was just so happy, definitely makes you want to come back. We have definitely found our new fish and chip shop 🙂
After reading the reviews, we decided to drive an extra few kilometres to find fish n chips of great value added to excellent service!
Were we disappointed?
Not even close!
We ordered ahead and the process was quick, simple and accurate. Unexpectedly, we received a phone call to advise us that our order was ready for pick up…exactly at the scheduled time.The snapper, chips, onion rings, crab sticks, and potato scallops were magnificent, and the serving size was far more than we expected.
Evidently we found our new fish n chips store 😊
Don’t let the tiny shopfront fool you. This is a true fish and chips gem. We order the fish bites. Emily’s special as the board states. Great fish and excellent chips everytime. Run by Kiwis which always seems to help. See you again soon.
This little place i love and my dog also loves it. The food is great and very tasty. Good price and very good value. Lovely people serving with a smile. Sweets Pineapple fritters i think you need more of these little yummy s than just two. My dog loves the chicken nuggets and fish she gives a big paws up. The fish and chips so good as i love the seafood baskets.
