Well cooked fish and chips. Had a meal for one. Couple of pieces of fish, pineapple fritter, fried dim sim and chips. Would feed two easily or one hungry teen. Definitely worth the drive out there from Mandurah Central.
Finally reopened mid August 2025.
so glad they’re back, hands down the BEST fish and chips in mandurah. portion sizes are perfect for a family of very big eaters which makes it awesome value for money and not only that, the food tastes amazing. such a friendly bunch of people and deserve all the praise they get. if you’re in mandurah make sure you stop by and get yourself a feed.

The delicious golden battered fish had crispy batter & perfectly cooked succulent fish within. The fresh chips were tasty as can be & all fried in fresh oil.

Fish n Chips are crispy, enjoyable and very cheap. 2 fish and chips for only $9. There’s also fried potato slices and a variety of sauces and relishes. VERY NICE
Alright! After a day of thinking it over it has become morally necessary to praise this store for their quality and service.
I ordered the Meal for Two with simple expectations and was blown out of the water. The fish 🐟 (snapper) was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The portion of chips and squid were excellent. Im not sure what they do to their batter, but I hope it never changes its crispy, fresh and not very greasy.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure twice that I got the drinks that come apart of the meal.
Other local fish and chip stores iv tried has been hit or miss, so I was grinning ear to ear having found what seems to be the go too spot with affordable prices!
Day out with the family? No worries its right next to a beach and a park!
Quick rush to get dinner? No worries food was ready in 15 minutes!
Very hungry? Portion sizes are actually great!

So glad that this business is back!! Ordered snapper and chips and a chiko roll this evening. Yum !! Fish was crispy batter and fresh. Chips were well cooked. Can’t wait for our next Friday fish treat again from here.
My house mate highly recommended the burgers. Tonight I had the privilege of trying Burger with the Lot, and can I say that it was phenomenal!
