The rolls on these Roast Pork BM’s were outstanding! Crunchy but so soft.

Their rolls do not rip my gums and are crisp and fluffy. The sauce, mix of condiments, roast pork is perfect! The service is awesome too!
Literally the best banh mi in Perth, truly a hidden spot! I can’t buy banh mi anywhere else here because I know it won’t be as good as the banh mi here, plus the price is insanely affordable for how good it is! We also get our fish and chips here, and we’ve never been disappointed in this aspect either. The owner of the shop is always so lovely and friendly, and you can tell he truly takes care in what he makes.

This is the third time I’ve got from here and the first two times I was quite impressed however this time I’ve very disappointed! Ordered a feed for one and got delivered with many missing items. I got the grilled fish with barely any salad like they usually would do, and the chips but NO TARTARE sauce and NO Pineapple fritters and NO dim sums from the meal deal! Extremely disappointed with how much I paid and three missing items! They are closing soon so it seems like they were in a rush and didn’t want to care
Excellent fish and chips. Not only. Just perfect. Lunchtime Vietnamese rolls are to die for. Hamburgers and fish burgers are the best in the area and much better and tastier than those high priced specially grill burger shops.

Don’t go anywhere else… No seriously don’t waste your money or time going elsewhere. Wattle grove fish and chips are the BEST! AND it shows by the wait times on a friday night. Great size and great quality EVERYTIME!!! Serving below is single serve chips, shark and dim sim $25! Other place down the road gives half the size for same price.
The restaurant takes a long time to prepare the food. The staff seem confused and unprofessional, and there’s a clear lack of management and coordination. Overall, very disappointing service.
