Second time here and just as good as first, family pack, light crispy batter on the fish, loads of chips and potato cakes done perfectly, burger with the lot done right in the classic style. Excellent value as well. Our new local!
Greek lady YELLED at me. She said my food will be ready in 1 minute. After 10 minutes I asked how long more I need to wait. She just yelled at me said I AM COOKING YOUR FOOD.
Why do you say 1 minute?
Also she was using her bare hands touching cooked fish and the money with the same hand.
Terrible service. Don’t eat from here.

Absolutely fantastic! Ola Fish and Chip Shop is hands down one of the best places for fish and chips I’ve ever been to. The food is always fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour — the batter on the fish is light and crispy, and the chips are golden and fluffy on the inside.
The portions are generous, prices are great value, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. Everything is served hot and fresh, whether you’re dining in or taking away.
If you’re looking for a proper traditional fish and chip experience with excellent quality and service, Ola is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Tried Ola F Fish & Chips in Craigieburn and it did not disappoint. The fish was fresh with a perfect crispy batter, chips were hot and well seasoned, and the portions were generous. Everything tasted clean, not greasy at all. Staff were friendly and the service was quick. Proper local fish and chip shop that knows what it’s doing. Will definitely be back.
First time there tonight after our regular chip shop quality fell off a cliff and super impressed. Had fish, potato cakes, dim sums and chips and everything was cooked perfectly, not too greasy. We’ve found our new local for sure
Chips were great and the family serve for $12 was huge. Flake wasn’t that great. The hamburger was the worst I’ve ever had. Who even puts fresh red onion on a fish n chip hamburger with the lot? Well they do! It was horrible. Meat pattie was dry hard and over cooked also. There was no egg and the bacon wasn’t even bacon. Definitely not impressed. We spent $100 here and nobody enjoyed their food unfortunately. Hoping it was just a bad night for them and this isn’t the standard of food
So good. Came in today got 2 grilled and 2 fried fish with chips. everything was so good and fresh, chips were not oily and seasoned perfect and the fish tasted so fresh. Probably the best fish and chips I’ve ever had.
