unassuming place but excellent fish and chips. when you see a sign that calls itself the best fish and chips in st kilda, you have your doubts, but this turned out much better than we thought! really crispy fish, perfect thick cut chips. salads were also stunning and full of flavour – no problems getting kids to eat their veggies here. we hope to be back one day!

me no eat fish, regulary… but on this very first day of the year, I got attracted by the fresh-nice smell of fish & Many People eating fish like Kings, with fingers :-). The best fish and chips around the area. No fluff good ol’ chip shop, value for money. Got the pack for one, the portion was generous and I can’t finish it. The service was snappy and the order came out quick even tho it was fully packed there. I ordered a takeaway and travelled 40min back home, they were still crispy when I got home. 100% recommended
Food was delicious and present well. The chips were so good. The staff were friendly and the prices are good for the quality.
We stopped here for a quick lunch, the place is rather small but they have a nice outdoor area. We tried their 2 people fish and chips deal which in included calamari and potato cakes on top, two sauces on choice only. Overall good value for generous portion, I liked the fish and chips but I didn’t really enjoyed the calamari and their potato cakes. Recommended for a street food type and take away
Me and my partner have been here several times and we always love it. It’s always fresh and cooked so well and surprisingly, it’s really cheap compared to most fish and chips restaurants considering this is located in the city area. Definitely getting your money’s worth. The staffs are always friendly and it’s pretty near Luna Park. Best fish and chips restaurant in our opinion. Highly recommend this place.
Excellent fish and chip shop. We ordered take away on a busy Sunday evening of a long weekend, it was very busy however our meal was ready in about 12 minutes. We ordered large chips, calamari, dim sims, potato cakes and a cheese burger all for under $45. Amazing value. The food was great. The burger hit the spot and the fried food was not oily. All food was well seasoned. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was.
