Crispy batter that didn’t go soft and soggy when we got home. Good sized flake and generous amount of minimum chips.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, and I can’t stop thinking about it! The kababs were incredible—huge, tender chunks of meat bursting with flavor in every bite. And let me tell you, the burgers were just as impressive—juicy and full of rich taste. What really stood out to me were the sauces—they had this amazing aroma and added so much depth to the food. Oh, and the potato cakes are absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Even with a handful of fish & chip shops available within a few minutes of my home, I’d rather travel an extra 10 minutes or so to come here! Always delicious 🙂 I also don’t mind the wait either – if I’m in a hurry I will call ahead. Otherwise, I enjoy the sunshine while they cook to order 🙂 Always fantastic service too, very friendly and heaps of smiles! Best fish & chips (and burgers, etc) anywhere close. Honestly the closest to coastal fish & chips you could get inland 🙂
I couldn’t believe how good their calamari rings were! Unlike those fake chewy ones you get everywhere else, their calamari rings were fresh and super crunchy. Fish and chips were good too. Will definitely go back.
Ordered first time via menulog. Great fish and chips restaurant really respected the instructions i left and accommodated my needs. Very delicious and serving portion is excellent and very neatly packaged. Will def order again! ALSO that jam donut was amazinggg the dough was so fluffy fr and good and the jam 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

After asking them to be remade several times they have started to get an attitude and treat me in an unprofessional and rude way. Not spending my money here again.
Not sure what has changed but the quality of the food sold was not great. The potato cakes where soggy, obviously straight from the freezer into the oil. I didn’t enjoy the meal.
for the rubbish Quality of the food its expensive!!! Argumentative I’ve been coming to this place for many years! Once the place was sold to the 1st Asian people it was hit and miss then the 2nd Asian owners took over nothings changed! They always have to be told NOT to over cook the food and still do it, not to mention it’s expensive for the the type of quality of food they sell! Go to the fish & chip shop in Epping near Aldi, foods always consistent better quality and tastes good, it might be expensive there than this place BUT worth every single cent extra for the quality of food you’re getting compared to kingsway fish & Chips, arrogant staff at Kingsway fish & chips, if it wasn’t so close i wouldn’t give them 1 cent since the original owners sold it @@ REPLY TO OWNER @@ What a load of rubbish! the only reason i was keep on coming back was it was close! my mate Steve was a long time customer why doesn’t he come there anymore?? cos this place is RUBBISH!
